Theatre company's anniversary show

RENEE Easterbrook directs Halliwell Theatre Company's 40th anniversary production, Season's Greetings at their Harvey Street venue next week.

The Alan Ayckbourn play will be staged from Wednesday, November 19, to Saturday, November 22.

When it was formed 40 years ago this month, the company was called the Harvey Street Methodist Drama Group and changed its name some years ago.

Season's Greetings shows how during the festive season tensions rise and squabbles break out. Then there's a moment of unbridled passion under the Christmas tree.
