Flawed consultation process
We feel that the consultation process was seriously flawed from the outset. The first we heard of any closure was in a letter home which invited us to choose which of two high schools in the area, Prestwich or Parrenthorn, should be closed. We do not feel this is a fair or appropriate way in which to begin a consultation of parents few parents would be likely to vote for the closure of their own school! more...
