Project to restore historic streets

First details of a major scheme to renovate and improve Blackpool's historic buildings are set to be released on Thursday.

Funding from the lottery's Townscape Heritage Initiative will be used to help building owners make essential repairs and improvements to improve the historic character of the area.

Town centre businesses have been invited to find out more at a special launch event for the scheme at the Gundy Art Gallery on Thursday, July 27.
