Objections to centre

A new library and health centre for the north end of Blackpool looks set to go ahead, despite objections.

Blackpool Primary Care Trust wants to use the site of Bispham Library and the 1st Bispham Scouts and Guides building for the new centre, and Blackpool Council planners have recommended approval.

But planning committee members, who meet on Monday, will hear objections from Blackpool Scouts.
