£12,000 theft from industrial units

POWER tools, computers and a white Mercedes van, worth a total of £12,000, were stolen from two industrial units.

The incidents happened sometime between 9pm on Tuesday and 7am on Wednesday when thieves broke into two businesses on Daisyfield Industrial Estate, Abbleby Street, Blackburn.

The white Mercedes Sprinter van has the registration S401 TMB.

Inspector Bilal Mulla said: "I appeal to anyone who has any information about who was responsible to come forward.
